What: Silverback’s Grand Opening of the ‘Theatre of Dynamics’ along with the FULL 2019 product launch!

Silverback will showcase innovation across the board. From the product line, how a cycling brand is operated, from ownership and management, through the showroom and to sales. Silverback is always rethinking the retail model.

Deon (Silverback Founder and Brand Principal) keeps pushing the envelope and will showcase something unseen in the industry. That’s sure to make some waves and disrupt.  Along with this, our new facility is noteworthy and state of the art, including large touch screens for visitors to navigate and browse products and technologies.

THE COMPANY

Silverback has been doing direct sales (that’s been catching on in industry lately by other cycling companies) for quite a few years now. Furthermore, we’ve always felt that the customer must get the best possible experience with the brand and product.

Silverback pioneered the ‘Select and collect’ concept to give the client the convenience of online shopping. With after-sales service and proper bike setup.

We have plenty of new bikes. We will at the same time unveil and showcase our whole 2019 product line – all platforms, around 80 models. This is the first time we’ll have all the models in the same place at the same time.

So the media will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the bikes and the designers. Award-winning racing bikes to brand new E-bikes, and of course our 2019 Enduro bikes, all in one place.
