DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF GERMANY?
Yes. Speedlab is proud to offer a global delivery service.
ITEM WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, WHAT DO I DO?
If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or we will issue a new product of your choice at our expense. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with the order number, your name and proof of damage via a photograph when item arrived.
CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
CAN I GET MY PRODUCT PERSONALISED?
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
IF I CAN'T FIND A PRODUCT ON YOUR WEBSITE IS IT STILL AVAILABLE OR DO YOU STILL HAVE IT?
If an item is no longer listed it is likely it has been discontinued however if you really liked something and you can not find it anymore. Please contact us at email@example.com
DO YOU DO A 10% DISCOUNT FOR BRITISH CYCLING MEMBERS?
We do not offer discounts for British cycling members on Speedlab, but we do have our very own BORNTOBEFAST cycling community membership, that have loads of benefits.
ARE THE PRICES DIFFERENT FROM THE STORE VS ONLINE?
There is no price difference from our products in-store or online.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel finalized orders as items are processed to ship immediately. Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further questions.
ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER WHAT CAN I DO?
Possible reasons: Orders shipped separately for logistical reasons. Ordered from different warehouses: If you ordered from two different warehouses the order will have multiple shipments. If you have checked, there is still something missing. Take photos of what has arrived and email what is missing to our Customer Service via our Contact Us page, including your order number and a copy of the parcel declaration and we will work to resolve your issue promptly.
HOW LONG WILL A REFUND TAKE?
A Refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to the customer.
WHAT SHOULD I DO, IF I FORGOT TO ADD SOMETHING TO MY ORDER?

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
Yes, but only if your order hasn't been shipped yet and you haven't received a tracking number from us yet. To change your shipping address or make any changes to your order please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and more information regarding the courier.
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password for Speedlab.shop, you can reset it by clicking login on the home screen and selecting 'Forgot your password?'. Our system will help you reset your password and access your account.
CAN I VIEW PRICES IN DIFFERENT CURRENCIES?
Yes. Choose your flag and you will see your country's currency. Please note that you will be paying in your own currency at the most current exchange rate.
I LIVE OUTSIDE OF GERMANY. WHICH PRICES DO YOU INVOICE FOR CUSTORMERS LIKE ME?
The charging of V.A.T. is based upon the country of the delivery address.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR WEBSITE?
YES! All purchases in our website are guaranteed maximum security! SL takes internet payment security very seriously. When you order online, your bank details are encrypted and sent to our server using the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). This payment protocol is standard and known for transmitting data securely by the internet. They are never stored.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please contact our customer service via email@example.com or our Contact Us page to help if we can solve the problem together first. Please contact us before returning the item, as your local post may charge you the delivery fee.
MY ORDER ARRIVED AND NOTICED I HAD ORDERED THE WRONG PART, HOW DOES THE RETURN WORK?
We will send you a return label, so you are able to return the part back to us. Once we have received the part, we will provide you with an invoice for the return shipping cost. Once payment is made we will fulfill your order and ship part.
